Early Career? Base salary starts around $52,000, with first-year commissions and bonuses expected around $50,000

Experienced producer? Base salary starts around $58,000, with top earners last year making $75,000+ in commissions and bonuses

Responsibilities

  • Drive life insurance sales year-round, focusing on term, perm, and final expense products that meet client needs at every stage of life
  • Conduct needs-based assessments to deliver personalized insurance solutions aligned with client goals and financial priorities
  • Leverage agency-provided leads, while also growing your book through referrals and community engagement
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, providing ongoing support, policy reviews, and coverage updates
  • Use quoting tools and CRM systems to deliver accurate, compliant proposals and track client activity efficiently


Requirements

  • Licensing: Active Life and Health Insurance license required
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of insurance sales experience, with a strong focus on life products and a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Sales Skills: Confident communicator with the ability to build trust and close sales through consultative, needs-based conversations
  • Client Focus: Passion for helping people make informed decisions about their financial protection and future planning
  • Remote Readiness: Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment, managing time and communication effectively
  • Adaptability: Quick to learn new processes and apply feedback in a fast-moving, client-driven environment
