We are looking for Crew Members- placement would be based on experience and knowledge of the green industry.

Production Responsibilities:

• Practices safety protocols established by the company
• Follows company policies and procedures
• Maintains and conveys a professional and positive image of Clean-Cut Lawn and Landscaping
• Engages in positive interactions with customers

Miscellaneous Responsibilities:

• Operates company equipment safely
• Arrives to work on time
• Other tasks assigned as necessary

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience in green industry or trades field
• Stoop/bend/lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for periods of 8 hours or more required
• Must be willing to work overtime

Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn care maintenance including mowing and edging
• Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Prune trees and shrubs to ensure optimal growth
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment
• Assist with garden bed maintenance and weeding
• Communicate effectively with team memebers

Experience:

• Prior experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred
• Mechanical knowledge for equipment operation and maintenance is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: up to $22.50
