What You’ll Do:

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders.

Develop personalized treatment plans to improve patients’ quality of life.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, physical therapists, and occupational therapists to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Educate patients and families on strategies to support communication and swallowing at home.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida with a passion for subacute rehabilitation.

Strong assessment, treatment, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently while thriving as a team player.

Previous experience in skilled nursing or subacute settings preferred.

For per diem applicants: ability to work 10–15 hours/week consistently.
Schedule:

Full-Time: Standard hours with occasional weekend coverage.

Per Diem: Flexible hours with the ability to commit 10–15 hours/week consistently.
