Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN to provide 1:1 support for a special needsstudent. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a school setting and supporting students with medical and developmental needs.
Responsibilities:

<li>Provide direct medical care and support for a student throughout the school day </li>
<li>Monitor and respond to health and safety needs as required </li>
<li>Assist with daily living activities and mobility support </li>
<li>Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to ensure student success </li>
<li>Maintain accurate medical documentation and follow care plans </li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Active LPN license in Virginia</li>
<li>Prior 1:1 experience with children with special needs required </li>
<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills </li>
<li>Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred</li>
