Lifecycle Wellness and Birth Center is hiring a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our experienced, collaborative, and mission-driven team.

Located just outside Philadelphia, our freestanding birth center has been empowering families and supporting birth choices for over 40 years. As one of the first birth centers in Pennsylvania, we’ve attended more than 15,000 births at both our center and nearby Bryn Mawr Hospital, where our midwives hold clinical privileges. Our C-section rate? A remarkable 4–5% for clients starting labor at the birth center.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver full-scope midwifery care in a supportive, high-autonomy environment
- Provide prenatal, birth, postpartum, and GYN care
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team of 9 midwives, 5 NPs, and 7 RNs
- Conduct 30–60-minute visits, allowing time for real connection
- Attend approximately 50 births per month with a focus on evidence-based, person-centered care

Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced CNMs preferred, but new grads welcome!
- New grads must complete a 3–6 month paid fellowship with lighter scheduling (includes benefits); a permanent offer may follow based on mutual fit.
