We are actively seeking a School Psychologist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to work at a single-site educational program serving students with aggressive behavioral profiles. This residential setting accepts referrals from surrounding districts that cannot meet these students needs. Youll be a vital part of a trauma-informed and highly supportive team environment.

? Your Role Includes:

• Behavioral intervention and crisis management for students exhibiting punching, kicking, biting, and spitting behaviors

• Creating and implementing individualized behavioral support plans

• Collaboration with educators and caregivers to support holistic care

• Participation in staff trainings and therapeutic programming

• Occasional visits to the residential program as needed

? Program Details:

• Location: Single school site in Wyodak, WY

• Caseload: Approximately 24 students

• Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, MondayFriday (30-minute lunch)

? Requirements:

• Active Wyoming license as a School Psychologist, LMHC, or LCSW

• Experience with behavioral or trauma-informed interventions preferred
