Pay Rate: $43.20/hr
Contract: Longterm contract with potential extension or direct hireAbout the RoleOur client is seeking an experienced Strategist with strong analytical, financial, and reporting expertise to lead budgeting, financial reviews, and operational reporting initiatives. This role blends data analytics, Tableau dashboard development, SAP data querying, and project leadership to help field and business leaders translate complex data into actionable insights.This is an excellent opportunity for a detaildriven, bigpicture thinker who enjoys partnering across teams and driving meaningful business outcomes.What You'll Do
- Lead financial review, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Build visually compelling Tableau dashboards that integrate bestpractice dashboard design and guided analytics.
- Query, transform, and map data from SAP BW, SAP R/3, Maximo, legacy systems, and external sources.
- Perform data extraction, cleansing, and scheduling for weekly/monthly automated reporting.
- Analyze large and complex datasets, applying advanced Tableau calculations to uncover insights.
- Collaborate with IT to develop business cases and support solution implementations.
- Direct and coordinate project activities for small to midsize initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of communication with internal customers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership.
- Monitor performance of reporting solutions and troubleshoot issues.
- Track and report project status, trends, and variance analyses.
What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an ITrelated field.
- 4+ years of experience in an IT, analytics, or datafocused role.
- 1+ year of IT project management experience involving Tableau dashboard design or software/reporting implementation.
- Strong experience with:
- Tableau (advanced calculations, complex datasets, performance troubleshooting)
- Data querying & transformation
- Excel (advanced)
- SAP BW/SAP R/3, Maximo, and other enterprise data sources
- Proven analytical, organizational, and problemsolving abilities.
- Experience supporting full project life cycle—from requirements gathering to production rollout.
- Ability to identify data quality issues and drive solutions.

Work Environment
- Hybrid schedule
- Standard workweek: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
