Our ideal Dental Patient Care Coordinator feels comfortable talking about money with patients and has experience working in a dental practice.
Duties for our Dental Patient Care Coordinator include:

<li>Appointment scheduling and patient communication through phone, email, and patient outreach software</li>
<li>Plan and coordinate insurance benefits as well as appointments</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with dentist and office manager to create a seamless experience for patients</li>
<li>Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety</li>
<li>Perform general office duties and other duties as required</li>
