Compensation & Incentives

$42-$46 per hour
-
$15 per day mileage bonus for employees commuting more than 20 miles each way
Position Overview
The Assistant Director of Nursing works closely with the Director of Nursing to support daily clinical operations, regulatory compliance, staff development, and team performance.
Schedule

Monday-Friday
-
Flex weekends as needed (weekday off taken when a weekend day is worked)
Key Responsibilities

Assist the Director of Nursing with:

MDS Coordinator
-
Staff development and education
-
Care planning and interdisciplinary coordination
-
Social services collaboration
-
-
Active management of clinical and nursing systems
-
Nursing staff scheduling, interviewing, hiring, and disciplinary actions as needed

Support team building, morale, and staff engagement
-
Motivate and guide the clinical team to deliver excellent patient care

Assist with development and maintenance of nursing programs and initiatives

Complete required medical forms, reports, evaluations, and documentation

Perform additional duties as directed by the Director of Nursing

Qualifications
-
Nebraska RN license in good standing
-
Associate degree in nursing required (Bachelor's degree preferred)

Minimum 2 years of skilled nursing facility nursing experience

At least 1 year of nursing leadership experience in long-term care preferred

Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly and professionally

Must speak and understand English
