Job DescriptionBachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an immediate opening in Manchester, New Hampshire. This is a great opportunity to work in a charter school setting providing dedicated 1:1 support to a student.

Position Details:

• Location: Manchester, New Hampshire
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: June 17, 2026
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Role: 1:1 student support

Important Notes:

• School typically offers ESY (Extended School Year), but confirmation will come later in May

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support
• Collect and track data on student progress
• Collaborate with school staff and BCBA supervisor
• Support student academic and behavioral goals

Requirements:

• Active RBT certification (required)
• Ability to obtain/coordinate BCBA supervision (virtual acceptable)
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
