Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeperto support with financial processes, lease administration, and day-to-day administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys working collaboratively with internal teams, tenants, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable, including coding, reconciliations, and collections.

Oversee utility management and maintain accurate records.

Provide administrative support including financial reporting, correspondence, and filing.

Assist with real estate tax and operating expense escalations.

Coordinate with tenants, property managers, and vendors to resolve issues and streamline operations.
What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of related experience, ideally in real estate or property management.

College degree preferred (Business, Finance, Accounting).

Familiarity with AP/AR processes and administrative support.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (Yardi, MRI, Payscan, AvidExchange).

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
