Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract position is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Shelton, CT, serving the Danbury school community from August 24, 2026, through May 21, 2027. This onsite role requires an SLP who is experienced in school settings and holds an active state license along with educator certification. The position offers 30 to 32.5 hours per week with flexibility needed regarding caseload and grade level assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology services to students across various grade levels.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student assessments.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to enhance student communication skills.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school policies.
• Adapt therapy plans to meet diverse student needs and grade levels.

Qualifications:

• Current state license and educator certification in speech-language pathology.
• Proven experience working as an SLP in a school environment.
