Job Title: 2nd Shift - Line QC Tech
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Line QC Technician on the 2nd shift, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of production processes and products.
Responsibilities
- Verify the accuracy of raw components brought to the production line.
- Perform all testing outlined in master work order, including in-process production data and packaging.
- Confirm calibration of all gauges for accuracy.
- Work with the QA Laboratory Technician to maintain proper calibration of gauges.
- Collaborate with mechanics and Production Line Supervisors to communicate any out-of-specification results immediately.
- Follow proper procedures for alerting the IKI Quality Department about out-of-specification results.
- Retrieve in-process or finished product samples during production as required and assist the QA Laboratory Technician in sample management.
- Identify gaps in process and procedure.
Essential Skills
- 1 year or more of QC experience within manufacturing.
- Proficiency in quality assurance and inspection.
- Ability to use a tape measure and read blueprints.
- Experience with packaging machines and quality inspection.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Basic math skills.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Work Environment
This position involves working on the 2nd shift from 2:30pm-1:00am, Monday-Thursday. Overtime may be required based on production needs. Enjoy a $2 premium for off-shift work.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $42120.00 - $42120.00/yr.
