Residential construction project manager for small outdoor construction projects that will include small roof extensions, porches, decks, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, paver patios, and screened lanais. An ideal candidate will be familiar with the Manatee and Sarasota County building permit process, have the ability to read plan sets, have carpentry and/or masonry experience, be capable of material and labor cost management, and have the ability to transport small amounts of building materials. Requires daily presence at multiple (typically two) job sites.
