$80,000–$85,000 base + bonuses
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver home & clinic-based ABA services to children with ASD
- Create & adjust individualized behavior plans
- Supervise and support therapists
- Collaborate with families, teams & funding sources
Requirements:
- BCBA certification or Master’s with ABA coursework
- Strong ABA & DTT knowledge
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Bilingual candidates eligible for higher pay
