What Youll Do
Provide comprehensive general dentistry with a focus on quality, ethics, and patient-centered care
Diagnose, treatment plan, and deliver care aligned with current standards and best practices
Build trusting relationships through clear communication and thoughtful case presentation
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members to ensure excellent outcomes
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow all practice protocols
Refer appropriately when cases exceed your comfort or scope, prioritizing patient well-being
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and growth-oriented team environment
What Were Looking For
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active, unrestricted dental license (or ability to obtain licensure)
Strong clinical judgment with a commitment to ethical, patient-first dentistry
Confident communicator who values collaboration and professionalism
Comfortable working efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
