Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available to provide essential support within a K-12 school setting in Gridley, CA. This onsite role offers the opportunity to work directly with students across a diverse age range throughout the school year, from the start date as soon as possible until June 5th, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy services to students in grades K-12
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Assess and monitor student progress, documenting outcomes and adjusting interventions as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations to support student success
• Maintain compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure and certification suitable for school settings
• Experience working with pediatric populations in school-based environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to liaise with educational professionals and families
• Ability to manage a caseload of diverse needs across multiple grade levels
• Flexibility and adaptability to work full time onsite throughout the school year
