Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting healthcare operations? Join our team as an Administrative Assistant and play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient patient experiences.
What You’ll Do
As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the heartbeat of our clinical operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and guiding examinees to appropriate rooms (exam, vitals, x-ray).
- Preparing charts and verifying patient information for physicians.
- Recording height and weight to assist with examinations.
- Chaperoning exams when needed, especially for female examinees.
- Maintaining clean, well-stocked exam rooms and reporting maintenance needs.
- Keeping appointments on schedule by managing exam flow.
- Safeguarding patient confidentiality and securing medical records.
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal safety and legal regulations.
- Performing clerical tasks such as typing, filing, emailing, and proofreading.
- Supporting efficient use of clinical resources and supplies.
- Participating in training and educational activities.
- Taking on additional duties as assigned.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone with:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (required).
- At least 6 months of experience in a medical office or related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, medications, and lab values.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and internet navigation.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- A team-oriented mindset and professional appearance.
- Flexibility to adapt to change and stay focused under pressure.
- Bilingual Spanish skills (a plus, depending on location).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
