Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative for a Contract to permanent position in East Rutherford, New Jersey. This role involves delivering exceptional service to clients across diverse market applications while ensuring smooth operations throughout the sales process. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding service to customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to enhance trust and long-term engagement.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for customers, ensuring all details are thoroughly verified.
• Process and manage customer orders efficiently, including order entry and providing shipment tracking updates.
• Support the Sales team by delivering quotations, tracking delivery status, and generating order reports.
• Monitor and manage the end-to-end sales process, resolving any operational challenges related to orders, deliveries, invoicing, or returns.
• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
• Actively participate in shipping activities, including preparing documentation and coordinating with the warehouse to meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular customer review calls, establish follow-up plans, and track progress in the company’s system.• Associate’s Degree in Business or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Operations.
• Demonstrated success in customer service or inside sales; familiarity with the signage or architectural lighting industry is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with order entry software.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or similar systems is preferred.
• Self-motivated individual capable of handling multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Experience managing inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.
