The Role
Greaser Consulting partners with software companies to provide implementation, optimization, and managed services for their customers.
As a Professional Services Consultant, you will work directly with organizations implementing modern revenue platforms. You will help design workflows, configure systems, train teams, and guide customers toward better operational outcomes.
This role blends:

Youll frequently work with platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, Superhuman, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and similar revenue technologies.
Many customer conversations involve topics like prospecting strategy, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales workflows. Experience in these areas is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Greaser Consulting customers
- Deliver successful implementations of revenue technology platforms
- Provide best practices on workflows, configuration, and system design
- Train teams on tools and processes that support their sales programs
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations
- Help customers improve adoption and performance after implementation
- Document systems and ensure smooth project handoffs across teams
- Collaborate with internal consultants and project managers
- Solve problems proactively and drive issues to resolution
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn complex systems quickly
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer priorities
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Past experience in some type of project management role
Helpful (Not Required)
- Experience with sales processes such as prospecting, pipeline management, or forecasting
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Exposure to tools like Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, Gong, Superhuman, or ZoomInfo
- Experience training teams or working with customers in a technical environment

Work Environment
This role is based in our Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania headquarters.
After the first three months of employment, employees may work from home on Fridays, provided they have reliable internet for customer meetings.
Travel is not required, though occasional opportunities may arise.
