Quest Car Care Products is growing and looking to add a Chemical Blender to our team. As a Chemical Blender you are responsible for safely and accurately blending chemicals according to approved formulas and procedures. This role is hands-on and requires attention to detail, consistency, and strict adherence to safety, quality, and documentation requirements. Our comprehensive range includes pre-soaks, degreasers, specialty cleaners, shampoos, ceramic-infused products, waxes, tire shine, dressings, fragrances, aerosols, and reclaim water care. As a Chemical Blender at Quest Car Care Systems, some of your duties will include:


  • Measure, weigh, and blend chemicals according to established formulas
  • Follow batch instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Verify correct raw materials before blending
  • Monitor blending processes to ensure consistency and quality
  • Assist with multiple batches as scheduled
  • Accurately complete batch records and required documentation
  • Record materials, quantities, and batch details as required
  • Report any discrepancies, errors, or quality concerns immediately
  • Clean and prepare blending equipment between batches
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe blending areas
  • Properly store chemicals, containers, and tools
  • Assist with basic equipment care and maintenance
  • Work closely with the Lead Chemical Blender and production staff


We would expect our ideal candidate to have the following experience and skills:


  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, chemical blending, or production environments preferred
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions, including formulas and batch sheets
  • Basic math skills for accurate measuring, weighing, and recording of materials
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and consistency
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and chemical handling requirements
  • Willingness to wear required PPE and comply with all safety policies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment
