Schedule:
Sunday – Thursday
8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Overview

Seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Office Coordinator to support night shift operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with Spanish and English-speaking drivers
  • Route drivers and provide instructions
  • Receive and process paperwork and shipments
  • Handle invoicing and documentation
  • Answer phones and support office operations

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Able to work overnight hours (8 PM – 5 AM)
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Logistics or transportation experience is a plus
  • Accounting and invoicing
