Locations: Austin, Dallas, Frisco, Houston, and San Antonio, TX
Job Type: Full-time (In-person)
Pay: Up to $100,000 per year (Salary position, based on discipline and experience)

Position Summary

We are currently hiring Pediatric Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech Therapists for full-time, in-person roles at reputable pediatric outpatient clinics located in Austin, Dallas, Frisco, Houston, and San Antonio. If you’re passionate about making a difference in children’s lives and want to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities May Include

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations in your discipline (OT/PT/SLP)

• Determine client eligibility and establish individualized treatment plans

• Provide effective, child-focused therapy sessions

• Educate and support families to reinforce care beyond the clinic

• Collaborate with other therapists and care providers

Requirements

• Master’s degree in your therapy discipline (OT, PT, or SLP) – required

• Active Texas state license (OTR, PT, or CCC-SLP) – required

• Pediatric experience – 2 years preferred

• Ability to commute reliably to one of our partner clinic locations:

  • Austin, TX

  • Dallas, TX

  • Frisco, TX

  • Houston, TX

  • San Antonio, TX
