Holt of California is proud to be part of the elite group of Caterpillar dealers worldwide. We sell and service a wide-variety of equipment Including Large and Small Construction Tractors, Forklifts, and Prime/Stand-by-Power Generation.

THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN Elk Grove, CA.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Promptly answers all incoming phone calls.
Provide daily driver schedules.
Work with TDPS computer dispatch program.
Check daily driver logs for accuracy and completeness.
Follow all credit procedures without exception.
Set B.I.T. guidelines and insure that they are complied with (this includes daily checkouts, logbooks, and pull notice information).
Review all drivers’ time cards.
Time stamp time cards daily and check for accuracy, hand written times must be initialed by store manager.
Other duties as assigned.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

COMPENSATION

Wage Range $24 to $28 Hourly

Wage depends on knowledge, skills and ability to perform the responsibilities of the job.
