Our organization is currently seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon to become part of our dynamic team within the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. The perfect candidate will have a strong enthusiasm for teaching in a collaborative, faith-oriented setting.
We operate a bustling practice that includes over 16 Orthopaedic surgeons, 4 Physician Assistants, and a total of 25 residents in Orthopaedic Surgery training. One resident is specifically assigned to the oncology rotation. Most surgical procedures will take place at our main medical center, with some cases handled at our East Campus, located about a mile away.

Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated total annual compensation for this position ranges from $450,000 to $550,000.
This compensation range includes variable components and is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as detailed in the department's compensation plan. The starting base salary, which is subject to adjustment based on experience and faculty rank, is expected to be between $405,000 and $495,000. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
