As our Marketing Manager, your work will go far beyond brand awareness you’ll be the voice that connects our mission to the people we serve. You’ll shape how our community sees us, feels about us, and engages with us.

You know how to:

  • Craft compelling campaigns that drive growth and engagement
  • Use data to guide decisions and measure success
  • Build strong relationships with community partners and internal teams
  • Speak on behalf of an organization to the public and to media
  • Manage events, promotions, and brand storytelling from start to finish

You’re confident in your skills, but humble enough to keep learning. You’re energized by collaboration and comfortable working with agency partners when needed. And most importantly, you believe in the power of marketing to connect people with solutions that improve their lives.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Meeting or exceeding growth targets in membership, loans, and product adoption.
  • Delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Bringing fresh, creative ideas that elevate our brand and member experience.
  • Actively representing NorthRidge in the community.

What You Bring:

  • 4-7 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree, equivalent industry-recognized certifications, or relevant experience with progressive responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, you’re a natural motivator and influencer.
  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.

What You Need:

· To understand the science of marketing, including planning, execution, analytics and measuring success· Be able to execute basic design (to create flyers, signs, etc.)· Have excellent writing skills· Be able to act as spokesperson in person, image, audio or video· Capable of managing third party vendor relationships· Working knowledge of media buying· Be able to manage a website with third-party support if needed· Basic video editing capabilities with third-party support if needed

· Familiarity with software including Microsoft Office, Canva, MailChimp, Google Analytics
