Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available supporting PreK through 8th-grade students within a dynamic school setting. This position combines virtual therapy sessions with essential in-person assessments, providing a versatile and engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students from PreK to 8th grade, focusing primarily on elementary experience.
- Conduct in-person assessments while maintaining virtual therapy sessions.
- Utilize Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) strategies to support students.
- Work with students diagnosed with Autism, those who are nonverbal, and children exhibiting severe behavioral challenges.
- Implement evidence-based push-in and push-out service models across 1-2 school sites.
- Maintain accurate documentation and billing using SEIS and SEIS billing protocols.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (no waivers accepted).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required.
- Proven experience working within an elementary school population.
- Expertise with AAC devices and strategies.
- Comfortable managing behaviors associated with Autism and significant communication challenges.
- Familiarity with SEIS systems for documentation and billing.

- This position is based in Santa Ana, CA, with the opportunity to work in nearby school sites.
- Virtual service delivery complemented by on-site assessments.
