  • Analyze financial data and trends to support business strategy

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience, with a preference for finance experience in the real estate industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and the ability to adapt to new software programs.

• Familiarity with financial analysis software is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define problems, research solutions, and interpret data.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.

• Customer service mindset for supporting internal stakeholders.

• Knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
