Location: Lowell, MA
Pay Range: $24 - $28/hr. *based on experience*
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

What You’ll Do
Inventory Control & Accuracy
- Maintain accurate inventory levels across all stages (receiving, production, and shipping)
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventories; investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Conduct location audits and maintain organized inventory areas
- Follow and improve inventory control procedures
ERP & Reporting
- Monitor and manage inventory transactions in ERP systems
- Ensure accurate production reporting, consumption tracking, and batch closeouts
- Investigate and correct transaction errors
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
- Partner with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Accounting to ensure data accuracy
Production Support
- Support production floor inventory needs to keep operations running smoothly
- Help ensure materials are available and correctly staged
- Assist with inventory movement as needed
Operations & Financial Support
- Support inventory audits, reconciliations, and cost tracking
- Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure accurate product costing
- Assist with system and process improvements
Training & Team Support
- Help develop and maintain inventory procedures
- Train team members on inventory processes and best practices
- Support cross-functional projects as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in inventory control, manufacturing, or warehouse operations preferred
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory transactions
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (or willingness to be trained)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
