Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

With supervision available for CFs, you’ll benefit from mentorship and professional growth while focusing your efforts at a single school site—either Royal Palm School or Indian Ridge—eliminating the stress of itinerant schedules.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Florida provisional SLP license issued by the Department of Health
- Willingness to complete time-sensitive fingerprinting and credentialing requirements, including the AHCA Clearinghouse process and JLA badge acquisition
- Ability to participate in an internal eligibility video interview
- SLP-CF candidates encouraged to apply; SLPAs not eligible for this assignment
- Strong desire to work with PreK-12 students to promote social, academic, and personal growth through improved communication skills
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct speech and language services to elementary or secondary students, depending on assignment
- Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into the classroom
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings as needed
- Adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, ranging from 20–26 hours/week
- Assignments: PreK-12 setting at either Royal Palm School (primary site) or Indian Ridge
- On-site only; remote/virtual positions are not available for this contract
