MUST HAVE IT STAFF AUGMENTATION BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE.

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Expert with substantial experience in selling IT staff augmentation services. If you have experience selling under the State of Texas DIR ITSAC contract, that is a huge plus. The ideal candidate will have proven sales success, established relationships with commercial and state clients who hire contract, contract-to-hire and direct/full-time IT professionals.

You must be a self-motivated, disciplined and driven to achieving and exceeding business objectives. This is a full-time remote position offering competitive commissions. Must have proven experience in cultivating relationships with potential clients, ideally have a book of business that you can access to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Retention:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients who hire IT contractors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with state agency clients who utilize the DIR ITSAC contract.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in IT staff augmentation services.
  • IT Staff Augmentation experience.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Leverage existing contacts and establish new relationships within the State of Texas and throughout the U.S.
  • Contract Expertise:
  • Navigate and leverage existing contracts to position the company as a preferred IT staffing partner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions.
  • Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, client feedback, and market trends to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Experience & Expertise:
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience selling IT staff augmentation services.
  • Established and proven relationships with clients who hire IT resources.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Work Ethic:
  • Must be willing to work 40 hours per week.
  • Dependable, trustworthy, and dedicated to achieving company goals.
