Receptionist/Customer Service Agent | Full-Time (10:30 AM–7:00 PM)
At Stampin’ Up!, we believe the little moments matter, especially the first one. We’re looking for a friendly, polished, and people-first Receptionist who will also share Customer Service Agent responsibilities during their shift and be the welcoming face of our home office.

What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for guests, employees, and callers—always welcoming, always professional
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email while meeting quality and productivity metrics
- Handle confidential information with care, integrity, and discretion
- Maintain strong knowledge of Stampin’ Up! products, promotions, and program
- Support employee events and special projects as needed

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong technology and phone system skills
