Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Patient Service Representative) to join our team in Harrisburg, PA. This on-site role supports patients and customers by handling inbound and outbound calls related to account inquiries, payment arrangements, and general support. The ideal candidate provides excellent customer service, communicates clearly, and resolves issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced call center environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and payment arrangements
- Provide general support and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions in the system
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Meet productivity, quality, and performance metrics
- Deliver a positive and supportive customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams when escalation or additional assistance is required

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
- Healthcare background or familiarity with medical billing, insurance, or healthcare-related accounts
