Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient Setting

Salary: $40 – $50 per hour ($83,200 – $104,000 annually)

Key Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one, 45-minute therapy sessions

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions

Develop personalized treatment plans and track progress

Work alongside a multidisciplinary team including PTs, PTAs, and support staff

Use digital tools and modern platforms for documentation and patient engagement

Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercises

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical standards
Compensation & Schedule

Pay Range: $40 – $50 per hour

Annual Equivalent: $83,200 – $104,000

Schedule: Monday–Friday (no weekends or late shifts)

Flexible Full-Time or PRN options (Full-Time = 30+ hours/week with benefits)

Qualifications

Active Washington State license as an Occupational Therapist

Current CPR certification
