Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides support to the housekeeping department by delivering linens, toiletries, and other supplies as needed and replenishes supplies in public areas.
- Assists with preparing rooms for cleaning upon guest departures and with deep cleaning projects.
- Performs all tasks and functions related to laundry and linen care.
- Maintains appropriately stocked linen and storage rooms.
- Meets all cleanliness and time requirement standards established for cleaning various areas of the hotel.
- Provides exceptional guest service and responds promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
- Performs basic maintenance skills including plunging toilets, changing light bulbs, and changing batteries.
- Handles chemicals and cleaning supplies with care and in accordance with standards.
- Operates commercial laundry and cleaning equipment.
- Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency.
- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
