Key Responsibilities:

- Provide emotional support and education to families regarding their newborn's condition and care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current and valid RN license with certification or significant experience in NICU nursing.
