Weare seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospitalist and NocturnistPhysicians to join our growing team just south of Boston. This is an excitingopportunity for new graduates and experienced physicians alike. H1B sponsorshipavailable for both cap-exempt and non-exempt candidates.

Dayand Night opportunities available:searching for full-time, part-time, and PRN commitments. If Full time, yourschedule will be 7 days on and 7 days off. Daytime schedule: 7 am to 7pm, Nighttime schedule: 7pm to 7am.

Aboutthe Role:

• Ourhospital features a closed ICU, staffed by intensivists 24/7, ensuringcomprehensive critical care support.
• Yourresponsibilities will include rounds, admissions, discharges, and participationin multidisciplinary rounds.
• Wepractice geographic rounding when feasible to provide efficient and localizedpatient care.
• Aspart of the hospitalist team, you will play an essential role in the rapidresponse and code team until the intensivist team takes over.
• Allmembers are certified in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular LifeSupport.

Requirements:

• Board-Certifiedor Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Abilityto manage admissions, discharges, and conduct rounds with a collaborative,patient-focused approach
• Interestin or experience with teaching is a plus
• Strongcommunication and teamwork skills
