Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years X-Ray experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this specialized role, you’ll gain valuable experience supporting a Level I Trauma center within a respected teaching hospital. By collaborating with a variety of teams and working with state-of-the-art equipment, you’ll bolster your résumé, uncover new techniques, and gain exposure to innovative radiology systems including GE, Siemens, Syngo RIS, and Carestream PACs. Schedule/Hours:
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Every other weekend
Qualifications:
- Active NYS DOH Radiologic Technologist License
- R.T. (R) (ARRT) - required
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year X-ray experience; 2 years preferred
- Fluoroscopy experience highly valued
- Professional appearance: matching scrubs (any solid color; must match top & bottom), closed-toe shoes, no distracting accessories
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic imaging studies for adults and pediatrics, utilizing advanced modalities and C-Arm technology in the operating room
- Operate and troubleshoot systems including GE Radiography ED, Syngo RIS, Siemens Healthineers, Carestream PACs, and Sunrise platforms
- Support emergency and trauma care initiatives
- Maintain detailed and accurate imaging records
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and infection control policies
