Part‐Time Office Support / Customer Service Assistant (Temp Project)

Hialeah Gardens, FL
$18.50 per hour
Part‐Time | 20–30 hours per week
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (flexible)
Project Length: 3–6 months (potential to extend or convert)

We are currently upgrading our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and are seeking a detail‐oriented, bilingual office support professional to assist our Customer Service Supervisor during this transition. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady part‐time hours, hands‐on administrative experience, and exposure to warehouse and logistics operations.


What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play an important role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by supporting customer service and logistics documentation, including:

  • Updating and tracking inbound container arrivals
  • Creating inbound and outbound orders in the current system for multiple customers
  • Scanning and filing documents (both physical and electronic)
  • Organizing and moving electronic photos related to inbound and outbound shipments
  • Updating internal team workbooks
  • Sending customers copies of shipment documentation via email
  • Performing general administrative and office support duties as needed
  • Supporting multiple tasks as part of a collaborative team environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with Excel and basic computer systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
  • Professional communication skills (email and internal coordination)
