Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This full-time Special Education teaching opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year, working with students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Located in Dover, DE, this position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on a diverse K-12 student population by supporting their individual educational goals.
Key responsibilities include managing the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process, scheduling and conducting meetings, and collaborating closely with the special education department and general education staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies tailored to each students needs. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work within a team environment to ensure compliance and promote student success.
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Valid Special Education certification for K-12 students
- Experience managing IEP processes and conducting related meetings

Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week, from August 25, 2025, to June 12, 2026.
