We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for participating in various assigned projects, data entry, and scheduling appointments. Compensation:

$17 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
  • Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems
  • Schedule appointments, including travel arrangements or other company engagements
  • Participate in assigned projects

Qualifications:

  • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply
  • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
  • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
  • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
