We are currently recruiting for a Client Administrator role in Winston Salem, NC! This is a fully on-site, direct hire position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable handling client administration functions such as opening accounts, transferring money, gifting, etc. You will serve as the first line of defense for client issues, perform trading and trade processing for some advisors, etc. You must have a Bachelors degree and at least 1-2 years of experience in a financial or accounting capacity.
Responsibilities:

Handle client administration (open accounts, transfer money, gifting, etc.)

Answer phones and be the first line of defense for client issues.

Perform trading and trade processing for some advisors.

Fill out applications for private equity investments and track application process.

Work directly with portfolio manager.

Prepare reports for clients and prospects.

Schedule meetings.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree required, preferable in Business, Economics or Mathematics

At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance

A basic knowledge of US Equities, Bonds and Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs)

A high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Powerpoint

Experience with Webex and Zoom or similar platforms

Outstanding work ethic

Highly organized

Strong attention to detail

Strong customer service mentality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
