Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage job postings across a variety of platforms to attract top talent.
- Utilize multiple channels to source and recruit candidates, ensuring a diverse pool of qualified individuals.
- Conduct thorough interviews, both over the phone and in person, to assess candidate suitability.
- Ensure compliance with pre-screening procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
- Attend On-site Client meetings for tour/walk through of the facility to gain a better understanding of the desired type of candidates to present.
- Present exceptional candidates to clients, showcasing their skills and potential.
- Identifies and works to resolve customer/employee related issues with high sense of urgency, while consistently looking for opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Coordinate tours and orientations at client locations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer skills.
- Strong professionalism and interpersonal skills.
