Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations and building codes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from beginning to end.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and managing change orders.
- Develop project schedules and ensure milestones are met using tools like Procore and Primavera P6.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supervise site management and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and present cost reports to stakeholders and management.
- Collaborate with design teams on design build projects, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and project management software such as Procore and Primavera P6.
- In-depth understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in construction.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Experience in managing change orders and preparing cost reports.
- Background in wastewater treatment tank projects is a plus.
