Compensation: $26.44 per hour - $28.85 per hour; depending on qualifications
Outsource Consultants is looking for a Sales Support Associate who takes pride in precision, professional communication, and seamless coordination. In this role, you aren't just managing tasks; you are ensuring our Sales Executives are prepared, our clients are impressed, and our operations are flawless.

Your Impact70% | Executive Strategy & Support
- Calendar & Travel Mastery: Take full ownership of complex travel logistics (air, hotel, ground) and executive schedules, ensuring every minute of the sales day is optimized.
- Data & KPI Alignment: Partner 1:1 with Sales Executives daily to audit KPI data, update Asana, and ensure sales dashboards reflect reality.
- Professional Documentation: Draft, edit, and proofread critical documents; including MNDAs, Project Descriptions (PDs), and RFPs. You will be the final gatekeeper for formatting and grammatical excellence.
- The "Next Step" Mentality: Anticipate upcoming needs, track document versions through the sales lifecycle, and ensure all partner/client communications move forward without friction.
25% | Departmental Excellence
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with other departments to refine sales materials and maintain consistent team communication.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: From weekly team meeting agendas to on-site vendor visits and industry trade shows, you ensure the logistics of our "big moments" are handled.
- Relationship Support: Manage the selection and delivery of partner and referral gifts, keeping our external relationships strong.
5% | Growth & Optimization
- Process Improvement: Audit CRM data (Zoho/Hubspot) and suggest automation or layout improvements to make the team more efficient.
- Documentation: Maintain SOPs for your role to ensure institutional knowledge is always preserved.
- AI: Experience and an interest in using and learning AI tools to drive efficiencies.
What You Bring to the Team
- Professional Experience: 2+ years in B2B administrative support. You understand the pace and expectations of a client-facing environment.
- Exceptional Writing: You possess collegiate-level proficiency in business writing and proofreading. You have a "zero-mistake" mindset when it comes to grammar and formatting.
- Technical Fluency: You are highly proficient with Mac or PC OS, Google Workspace, Adobe, and modern CRM systems.
- Proactive Ownership: You are a self-starter who doesn't just wait for instructions, you identify gaps and fill them.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate’s degree (Business, Communications, or Office Administration preferred).
- Logistics: Travel Booking experience and ability to manage high-volume travel booking and event planning.
- Physical: Prolonged periods of desk work; ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Travel: Ability to travel 1% of the time for out-of-state initiatives.
