About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic recruitment team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top talent for our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to source qualified candidates through various channels, including online databases, social media platforms, and professional networks. Your ability to identify and attract high-potential candidates will be essential in supporting our company's growth and success. This is a hybrid, full-time position based out of Mason, OH.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as online databases, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles to determine their suitability for open positions
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, human resources, or similar experience.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple jobs and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Previous sourcing or equivalent work experience is preferred
- Proven experience in sourcing or recruiting, with a track record of identifying and engaging qualified candidates is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates.
