Paid training ($1,000/week guaranteed for first 6-10 weeks!!)
Location: Office in Wisconsin Rapids, WI (outside sales opportunity visiting residential homeowners)

- Average reps earn $80,000 to $120,000+ working preset appointments at customer homes. Top reps earn $250,000+ annually. This is a commission-driven role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet with customers at their homes to present our roofing, siding, and window solutions for their home improvement needs including storm repair and reconstruction
- Work closely with customers and insurance companies to facilitate claims process and act as a liaison throughout the restoration process
- Meet and exceed individual KPIs
- Run appointments/consultations throughout the week
- Generate detailed work scopes and contracts for new customers
- Provide the utmost customer service to new and existing customers
- Keep CRM notes and calendar appointments up to date
- Stay ahead of the curve with product knowledge and sales knowledge
- Take initiative to train on sales techniques outside of work hours
- Uphold the company’s core values
- Reports to the Sales Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- Sales experience preferred
- Own a vehicle for attending appointments
- Willing to work 6 days a week (nights and Saturdays as needed)
- Must be comfortable carrying a ladder and climbing a ladder to inspect roofs
- Can build value during a presentation that far exceeds price (we are NOT the lowest price)
- Money motivated and self-motivated as we do not micromanage
- Basic computer skills, as contracts are computer generated. Experience with a CRM/computer systems preferred.
- Ability to grasp basic sales concepts
- Honesty and professionalism
