Job Description
Annual Salary: $200k – $240k (varies depending on years of experience)

Our client’s integrated model includes a wide range of onsite services such as specialty medicine, diagnostics, pharmacy, dental, physical therapy, vision, and behavioral health—creating a seamless experience for both patients and providers.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time schedule: 4.5 days of clinical care and 0.5 days for administrative duties
- Outpatient-only setting with no evening or weekend shifts
- Minimal on-call responsibilities
- Strong emphasis on team-based care and patient education
- Telehealth incorporated into weekly workflow
- 35-hour workweek
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive care to a dedicated patient panel
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop holistic treatment plans
- Provide follow-up communication and guidance to patients
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and other assigned duties
Requirements:
- Must be board certified or board eligible
- Completion of Residency training and board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
- Preference for candidates available 4 days per week
