Ambrosia Events is a fast-growing, full-service event planning and rental company based in Milwaukee, WI. We specialize in creating unforgettable weddings, high-end corporate events, galas, and experiential celebrations — all supported by our in-house décor and rental inventory.
We’re looking for a phenomenal Event Planner who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, client-focused environment and is excited to take ownership of events from concept to execution.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead planning and execution of weddings, corporate events, and private/leisure events
- Manage client relationships from initial consultation through event day execution
- Design event layouts, timelines, and experiences using our rental inventory and décor offerings
- Coordinate vendors (venues, caterers, florists, entertainment, etc.)
- Oversee logistics, schedules, budgets, and event details to ensure flawless delivery
- Collaborate with our warehouse and setup teams to execute events smoothly
- Problem-solve in real time during events and maintain exceptional client experience
- Upsell and integrate rental items into event designs and proposals
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in event planning (weddings, corporate events, hospitality, or related)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Ability to juggle multiple events and deadlines with confidence
- Creative eye for event design and flow
- Comfortable working some evenings/weekends for events (flexibility provided)
- Experience with rentals, décor, or logistics is a big plus (but not required)

- Competitive salary: $50,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)
