Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
o Areas served - Outpatient
Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:
o ARRT-N or NMTCB
o BLS
o Photo ID (collected during compliance process as a standard)
o NC State Licensure is not required

o Discussed during interview IV start skills are needed
